Prestigious client site in Regent’s Park, London

It is always exciting to see our team in action at such iconic locations, and this latest project in the heart of London was no exception. We recently completed a quarterly maintenance visit to a prestigious site right by Regent's Park, and we've captured the highlights to show you exactly what goes into keeping these grand buildings looking their best.

The scale of the site required us to deploy a variety of specialised cleaning techniques. At the front of the property, we utilised our "reach and wash" systems to maintain the pristine appearance of the architecture. For the more intricate details, such as the grand front doors, we still rely on traditional hand-cleaning and a bit of "elbow grease" to ensure a high-standard finish that keeps our clients satisfied.

One of the most impressive parts of this job took place at the rear of the building. To access the eight-storey tower blocks, our skilled team members, Andreas and Freddie, performed a professional abseil to clean the windows and façades safely and effectively.

Safety is always our top priority, especially when working at height. On this particular site, we also utilised an innovative "up and over" weight stack system. This allowed our operators to safely access the roof to clear gutters of leaves and debris, preventing potential blockages and protecting the building’s infrastructure.

From the penthouses and balconies to the street-level entrances, every inch of the property received expert care. We are incredibly proud of the hard work the team put in over several days to wrap up this project.
