Quality control

At Clearview window cleaners, we recognise the importance of the quality of our work, and it is company policy to maintain the highest standards possible by implementing a strict code of conduct for all staff and outsourced contractors.

It is our policy and standard practice to have a work-satisfactory note signed off by each client upon completion of any work. This gives our clients the opportunity to express any concerns and to make comments regarding our work. The comments are then passed on to management, who monitor and conduct random quality-control checks across all staff and contracts.

After completing any working task and upon receipt of our satisfactory note, we compile a report with images to be submitted to our clients.  This report logs the operatives who have attended, the time of visit and enables us to report on any defects or issues that need to be noted.  This is useful to assist the many property management companies that use our services.

We ensure that all staff are well-groomed and wear the company uniform at all times, clearly displaying our Clearview emblem and working towards our code of conduct policy.
